Technology should help more people participate. I want to use AI to reduce the cost of good design and make language less of a barrier for local businesses.
WHY RESTAURANTS?
Good food should get
a chance to be found.
There is so much care in running a restaurant. The early starts, the ingredients, the welcome at the door. I believe that care deserves to come through online, whatever the size of the business.
My background is in commercial and strategic product management. With HelloSoi, I’m bringing that practical mindset to something personal: helping Bangkok’s independent restaurants introduce themselves to guests from around the world.
We’ll start with the essentials—a beautiful website, a clear menu, and languages that make guests feel welcome. We can build from there, together.
AI can help with the work. People still give it purpose. Your voice, your restaurant’s character, and your review of the details belong at the centre of the process.
